A Rose by any other name....No matter what they call you, it would not make any difference. Intrinsically, if you are true to yourself, labels do not matter.
Let us get back to the market. After 2 days of rest and recreation, the market started well, chalking up almost 18 points and ended at 1,340 points for the noon close. Gentings and Resorts World moved up 10 sen. Bursa moved up 50 sen. Unfortunately, the rate news did not spur much buying on KPS. It went up to as high as Rm1.41. Then it settled down at RM1.37 for a 4 sen gain. No big buyers, only retailers nibbling by the side. RCE added 1/2 sen to 84 1/2 sen. Looks like there is going to be quite a good volume today.
Market might come off in the afternoon as profit takers come in on some of the counters.
PS: I was wrong.It create another all-time high in the afternoon. Are we going into an abyss?
