The KPS war machine has started rumbling again. From nowhere, without a sound, in the lazy afternoon, it spouted fumes and rolled up 23 sen to RM1.47 on a heavy volume of 278,204 lots. What gives?
This morning, it weakened at the knees and sellers predominate; bringing it down to RM1.43. So what is the story this time? Have the water rates being agreed upon by both the Pahang and Selangor governments? News on the West Corridor Toll Highway?
I have not read the papers today. May be there could be a news item there to explain the ramp-up in prices.
