Giving Unsolicited Advice

I have lived life for half a century and five. Many are my regrets. As such, I would like young man and young women who read my blog to ponder the advice I give here, hoping that you will benefit from these.

If you are handsome and beautiful, be glad for you are the idols of tomorrow. If you have brain as well, the gods truly love you. If you are not what I have aforesaid, then study hard and get a First Class Honours preeferably in Medicine, Pharmacy, Actuarial Science, International Commerce and Accountancy at the tertiary level. Meanwhile develop a great personality so that you can perform superbly well at interviews with multinational corporations like Shell, Citibank,Standard Chartered Bank, Rockwell and the like.

Never ever buy a car when you have just graduated. Pay a friend to give you a lift to the office.
Have only one credit card. upgrade if you must to get more credit but pay up all debts in that given 20 days.
Save as much money as you can to buy a house.
Get a girlfriend who is willing to go 'dutch' on dates.

More unsolicited advice in future blogs.
